We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team in a brand new independent opening in Farnham. This stunning new opening is like no other in Surrey, the menu reimagines classic dishes using the finest locally sourced produce, spanning punchy small plates to share-style main courses and rich, expressive desserts and with zero waste cooking! We need a passionate, highly experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help inspire and lead the front of house team.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of one years experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Must have experience as a head waiter or assistant restaurant manager.
- Confident with guest and building rapport.
- Must have premium, fresh food background.
- A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to create and implement training plans.
- Wine knowledge.
- Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
- Detail focused.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Can do attitude and a strong lead.
- Must be able to work evenings & weekends
