We are looking for an experienced Michelin star, fine dining General Manager to lead a team at a beautiful, refined Michelin Star restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. With elevated, traditional flavours from the heart of West Africa, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that extends beyond its cuisine. A stunning fine dining restaurant, with an open wood fire kitchen offering inventive tasting menus, where tradition meets creativity. Michelin experience is a must!

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a General Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a Michelin Star restaurant as General Manager.
  • Someone who is service orientated and operations focused.
  • WSET level 2.
  • Must have tasting menu experience.
  • Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
  • Must have been General Manager for at least two year.
  • True passion for fine dining
  • Detail focused.
  • Manage VIP guests.
  • lead and inspire the management team.
  • A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
  • Can do attitude and a strong lead.
  • Reliable & able to work late evenings & weekends.
