We are looking for an experienced Michelin star, fine dining General Manager to lead a team at a beautiful, refined Michelin Star restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. With elevated, traditional flavours from the heart of West Africa, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that extends beyond its cuisine. A stunning fine dining restaurant, with an open wood fire kitchen offering inventive tasting menus, where tradition meets creativity. Michelin experience is a must!

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a General Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of two years experience in a Michelin Star restaurant as General Manager.
- Someone who is service orientated and operations focused.
- WSET level 2.
- Must have tasting menu experience.
- Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
- Must have been General Manager for at least two year.
- True passion for fine dining
- Detail focused.
- Manage VIP guests.
- lead and inspire the management team.
- A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
- Can do attitude and a strong lead.
- Reliable & able to work late evenings & weekends.
