As Pastry Chef de Partie you will receive:

• Salary of £29,000 per annum plus service charge.
• 40 hour week – weekday service is evenings only.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who’s has the following skills and experience:

• Experience in pastry high-end or fine dining restaurants.
• Passionate about sustainable cooking.
• Highly skilled in pastry.
• Can do attitude and a team player.
• Seasonal British ingredients knowledge.
• A strong desire to develop, learn and grow.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Reliable and hard working is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
• Driving is essential due to rural location – close to Chichester.
