As Commis Chef you will receive:

• Salary of £25604.80 per annum plus service charge.
• 40 hour week – weekday service is evenings only.

• Passionate about sustainable cooking.

• Desire to learn about farm to table cooking.
• A strong desire to develop, learn and grow.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Reliable and hard working is essential.
• A passion for elevated British cuisine.
• Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
• Driving is essential due to rural location – close to Chichester.
