Are you a finance professional with hotel experience ready for a new challenge? My client, a branded hotel in central Leeds, is hiring a Hotel Financial Controller to lead its financial operations, offering a competitive salary and hybrid working.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This hands-on role will see you maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and delivering insights to support the hotel’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records aligned with company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management accounts.
• Prepare the annual budget and enhance processes where needed.
• Analyze financial results to guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in financial statements, accounting, and reporting.
• Strong hotel P&L expertise and commercial mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and financial systems knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
