The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This hands-on role will see you maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and delivering insights to support the hotel’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records aligned with company policies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management accounts.
- Prepare the annual budget and enhance processes where needed.
- Analyze financial results to guide decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in financial statements, accounting, and reporting.
- Strong hotel P&L expertise and commercial mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and financial systems knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
